Pet Sitting Agreement
By signing below, I agree to the following policies of Kenosha Pet Sitter,

For weekday pet care/dog walking, I understand that I am responsible for the full cost of the visit for any cancellations after 8am the day of the service.

For vacation pet sitting, I understand that I am responsible for 50% of the entire service fee for any cancellations occurring between 48 and 24 hours prior to the first visit (or within 48 hours and 7 days of the first visit for holiday pet sitting periods falling over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day). I understand that I am responsible for 100% of the service fee for any cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the first visit (or within 48 hours for holiday pet sitting periods falling over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).

I have notified Kenosha Pet Sitter of any potential aggression issues with my pet(s).

My pet(s) are up to date on their rabies vaccinations.

I give Kenosha Pet Sitter permission to be in my home during the scheduled pet sitting period.

I give Kenosha Pet Sitter permission to seek emergency medical care in the case of veterinary emergency with either the veterinarian on file in my account or with an emergency veterinary clinic.

I understand that Kenosha Pet Sitter cannot guarantee a spot or stain will not remain on carpet or upholstery if my pet(s) have an accident in the house.

I will not hold Kenosha Pet Sitter liable for any damage or negligence committed by a third party.
